Mold Making and Prototypes
EGB Manufacturing has developed many prototypes over the years. Some ideas are presented to us with drawings and materials, others with nothing more than a sketch. We can help compile the information and add our knowledge, recommend engineering services--to make sure the end-product meets your expectations.
Tool and Die
We pride ourselves on the fact that we are able to manufacture tooling dies, on site to enhance the requested service and produce an end-product as efficiently as possible. We have developed custom designed Tool and Die Punch sets for railway applications, hole and tendon cutters for the log home industry and materials handling Tool and Die jobs for installing heating and cooling pipes in a 55-storey office building in Calgary.
